The Prepare for Work NOW videos and workbooks are an excellent job search tool for my students. The video is authentic and includes job applicants that my students can relate to. The realistic scenarios spur lively discussions in class and motivate students to over come their job search challenges. The workbooks have excellent tips, checklists, and scripts to help students actively engage with the videos and apply what they have learned in their own lives. As an ESL instructor who teaches a course to help students prepare for work in the U.S., I am very excited to use this resource with my students and supplement my course.

…the series of Prepare for Work classes are excellent and focus English learning in the job-related field. Like me, I just came from a foreign country, English is my second language. I need to enhance my English ability to find a job. These classes can provide the skills to find a job and promote English ability, just like the Chinese idiom ‘kill two birds with one stone.’
